Health Guarantee
This dog has been checked by veterinarian & it is in excellent health to the best of our knowledge and belief at the time of sale.
All appropriate shots for this age of puppy have been given & a record of health will be supplied.
At the expense of the buyer this dog may be taken to a licensed veterinarian for a thorough examination within ten days from the time of purchase. A signed statement from the Veterinarian as to the dog’s health condition must be sent to the seller within seven days of the examination. Failing to do so will relieve us of all liability.
If this dog is found to be ill on this first examination, the buyer must notify us immediately after the examination. And return the dog at the buyer’s expense within 48 hours of the examination with a signed statement from the veterinarian.
If at 12 months of age the dog has been checked by a vet and the dog does not receive a clear heart or shows hip dysplasia or patellar laxation. A signed statement from the veterinarian as to the dogs condition must be sent to the seller within seven days of the examination. Failing to do so will relieve the seller of all liability.
All pups are guaranteed for one year against these genetic defects. The seller agrees to a replacement puppy of equal value at the breeders convenience.
If there is no dog available with in the 12 months a full refund will be granted to buyer excluding the shipping.
THE BREEDER DOES NOT ASSUME ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURY TO THIS PUPPY AFTER THE DELIVERY.ALL VETERANARY EXPENCES ARE OF THE PURCHASERS.
All the puppies sold as pets on a non breeding agreement must be spayed/neutered by six months old, when breeder receives proof of spay/neuter purchaser will receive C.K.C registration papers.
If spay/neutered papers are not received by the breeder at 8 months of age, Breeder will assume purchaser is breeding the dog purchased and a fee of $2500.00 is owed and payable to the breeder immediately for the purchase of show/breeding rites for this dog.
